Default Help! Service engine light??

I just put on my ported TB and the coolant bypass. Now when I start the car it has a service engine light on. Any help?? Thanks

Did you reconnect the plugs on tb, maf, and lid?

Everything is plugged in correctly. Do I need to drive it to have it "re-learn" the airflow?

No, if the SES light is on something is wrong. Do you have a scanner?

Nah, it will be fine. If everything is connected ..... I would run to Autozone and get the code read and cleared. Probably nothing major.

How's the idle quality? Any issues?

Did you put your stock TPS sensor and IAC motor into the new TB or just use whatever it came with?

Used the parts that came with the TB. It seems to run fine no issues with Idle or running. Who makes a scanner for it and where can I get one? Thanks

As said above, I'd run to Autozone and have them scan it......

You can always reset it with the Hypertech. You probably want to know what caused it though.
