Pulley noise

Pulley noise 99 TA: It's been sounding like a worn pulley bearing. I can't pinpoint the noise exactley but my best guess after getting under it is that it's coming from the crank pulley or harmonic balancer? The noise is constant and does vary slighty with rpm. Any suggestions would be helpful.
