Default Header Paint

Just wondering if anyone has ever painted there headers and if the paint actaully worked. I have mine off the motor and the are all discolored and just wanted to see if it's a worth while investment in time.

My high temp engine paint didn't last a year. If you want headers that will last go stainless steel, thats what I did.

I used Eastwood's cast iron manifold paint on my manifolds this winter and they look great. I'm sure the stainless paint would work well too.

I ment stainless steel headers, lol. Do they make stainless paint? It would be cool if they did.

you dont even need to bake them, just make sure the car is started up with them on the car within 6 hours of the paint being applied.

i used some of this paint on some headers for my friends bronco and within 2 months it had pretty much all come off.

Decided not to bake them for some reason longtubes won't fit in the oven. When I get the motor mid week I guess I'll throw them on and let them bake themselves.
