The GMMG is much more refined, and has better quality sound. "some people" always have opionions. I love my magnaflow, loud and all!

Betwene the two, GMMG all the way. With no cats, the LM is just too raw and monotone sounding for me. Running LM sounds a lot like open y-pipe to me.

Why not looking into the BorlaMouth or putting a Sweet Thunder in place of the resonator.

SLP has two new options for those who think the LM resonator is too loud. They now have a bullet type muffler and a more traditional muffler. Both are louder and more free flowing than stock. Using the bullet type muffler would be the equivalent of the "dynomouth" or "borlamouth". I'm sure you can find both for under $100 from one of the sponsors. Just a suggestion...so you can save alot of money for other mods. I beleive the GMMG is around $800.

LT, ORY, LM sounds pretty bad (not good), but with cats, the LM sounds pretty good to me (had it on my car). I have LT's ORY, GMMG now and I think it sounds awesome, and with cats, it's even better!! Sounds so bad ***, especially under WOT. I stated above, people have different opinions, I can tell you that sounds clips don't do ANY exhaust justice, I've heard clips online of many exhaust, and then heard them in person and they sound totally different.

Don't waste your money on those, it simulates the DynoMouth NOT the BorlaMouth and you can get a dynomax bullet for like 20 bucks.

IMO i dont think the loudmouth and gmmg are even in the same league, not even close. GMMG has more of the oldschool burble and mellowness to it. Loudmouth is just loud and obnoxious.

If you can afford the GMMG, then go for it. I've heard nothing but good things about it. I personally think it sounds great. But, if you already have a LM, you could get a bullet muffler of your choice and LTs for the price of a GMMG exhaust.

The GMMG does definetly have the burble Brett95z refers to. Much more refined than any other exhaust I've had on my car and believe me I had a bunch of them before I finally got the one I wanted in the first place. GMMG gets my vote.

I have GMMG and I prefer the purring drone to the irritating drone of the loud mouth, I listened to several exhausts on several different LS1's and decided GMMG was for me. I considered Corsa and hooker too.

If u have $700 bucks to spend go for the GMMG. It's worth it and it has a badass sound w/ or w/ out longtubes! If u dont want to spend that much than just replace your resonator with a Borla XR-1. Good luck!

Loudmouth is more tinny and rattly sounding (to use scientific terminology)
GMMG is not quite as loud but has a deeper, more muscular sound imo and sounds AWESOME with my LTs & catted Y!

GMMG will be a bit more quiet than the loudmouth with shorties & cats. I have not had a problem with cops and I think they are kinda strict around here. Just keep your foot out of it and upshift

I just got my GMMG system installed at GMMG, and I am more than happy with the sound. It just right, smooth mellow idle (with cats of coarse), and mean and aggressive at WOT. You'll be saying MMMMGMMG.
