Removing AIR/EGR right now.. Weird Part
need more help down post 11
------------------------
Well I'm installing my LTs and True Duals right now, taking time to delete AIR and EGR..
I started with the AIR system following this guide http://ls1camaro.net/sections.php?op...ticle&artid=70
well right and left pipes go straigth to a "something" and from that "something" goes the plastic pipe that goes to the pump..
Whats this??! HEELP
EDIT: forgot to add, this thing is bolted to the back of the driver engine head

I have a 2000 Formula and I had to remove a plastic vacuum switch from the area you are talking about. It was bolted to the head and I plugged the vacuum line just to be save. Do you have the same setup?

Well the part in the bracket that bolts to the head is kind of like a cylinder with a vacuum hose plugged into the top of it. I just plugged the line off and removed all the hoses. I have no problems or driveabilty issues.

it has two vacuum hoses, one from the "connector" to this cylinder and another that looks like goes from the "connector" to intake manifold back...
i removed the cylinder.. and disconnected the vacuum line from the connector.. would that be ok?
