Default LS1 Tach/shift lite Hook-up?

What do I need (tach adapters) if anything to hook-up a shiftlite/tach on my LS1? I know most coil over plug systems require sometype of adapter to make the conventional tachs and shiftlites work! Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I'm using an Autometer shift light set on 4cyl taking signal direct from the ECM harness, no tach adapter, works perfect.
