Default SLP U/D Pulley

Just got one but haven't installed it yet. I noticed the SLP web site says that the pulley is keyed for high rev or supercharged applications. Is the factory pulley not keyed and if not should I key this one?

I would not worry about keying it. To do that you will have to remove the crank. There should be no reason to key it. About all you could do would be to pin the crank.

Still no reason to do so. Even if you are going to run any thing, blower ect you will have to replace the pulley for what ever you want to drive or go back to the stock pulley.

I would say just install it and enjoy. I had one installed prior to going F/I and it worked out great. No problems.
