I've heard mac cats aren't very good. I've never seen any flow data or heard much about their reliability though. I'd be interested to know what kind of cats MAC uses.

Get some cheapass cats and gut them, they have really high flow numbers.

The problem with gutted cats is they create alot of turbulence and don't end up flowing much better than the stockers.

Spoke with tech from Mac and stated there cats are made from Catco and flow 30% more than stock.

Thats what I was affraid of. I have heard too many horror stories about the catco cats. They have a big reputation for early failure. They flow fine, they just don't seem to last very long.
