My car had a FIPK on it when I bought it. I took it off and put the stock box back on it as there was also a Granatelli (sp?) MAF on it which threw O2 codes all the time. I didn't notice any less power but I did notice less throttle response so after a few months I got around to putting the FIPK back on but with the stock MAF. The lids look prettier I guess but I'm more of a function kind of guy.

search is useless for this question......i know that lids and fipk's are about the same give or take....but im also losing the ssra if i switch to the fipk so i was trying to get some others opinions on what i should do....i wouldnt switch if it wasnt for the fact that i liked the look of the fipk

Lid and SSRA is what I went with and I am glad that I did.
