I'm running the supermaxx 1 3/4" torqued stepped to 1 7/8" Coated with coated ORY. Fits good got them in the car in about 6 hours start to finish.

I took off a set of SLP's that I had. They kept scraping speed bumps everywhere.
Just that change alone netted me an solid 2 mph in the 1/8. Possibly from the 1 7/8 over the 1 3/4 since this is a NOS car.
The only problem is the oil filter but thats whit and LT. I can get you pics, if you want.

dude, your gonna love them!!! I have them on my Z and one of the best buys i have had...

Well, except for the 408ci!!!!

Here is one of the links i found on the headers system, i have a fe posts on dynatech so if you wish, you can search around for those, but this should get you started...

https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthrea...light=dynatech

But IMO, they look, perform, and fit Excellent!!!! People are gonna always recommend Kooks or QTP, but i feel that the dynatechs are equally matched at least!!

Good luck!

Excellent quality and good fit with outstanding color install instructions. The kit has EVERYTHING you need. The cats are functional as I run rear O2's and have never thrown a SES code. Performance gain was .34sec and 2mph in the 1/4 mile with only a catback and airlid. With a TR224 cam it sounds outstanding. I've had my system in for 8 months. No rusting or discoloration (in Hawaii....which is humid.) I did spring $250 to get my headers Jet-Hot coated....but this was for heat retention. I highly recommend this system.

Is the y-pipe on those 2.5"? And is the y-pipe SS or aluminized?

IIRC on other systems isn't the y-pipe 3"?
