Is this a DIY or do you pay an exhaust shop to do it?

Needs to be welded in - had a shop do it. If you're going to install an electric plate bring it with you so they get the right angle, then go home and do the wiring yourself, very easy.

$55 bucks at muffler shop, then i sold my whole blowmaster cat back that i paid $55 bucks for to some kid, for $100.
