Default Edelbrock or Pacesetter?

I have read a lot of good things about tthe pace setters and now I see these new Ti-Tech coated Edelbrock headers and the real nice Y pipe they make to fit them. What do you guys think I should buy? They both are around the same price

I used to have Pacesetters. I got rid of them and went with Edelbrocks. I really like them a lot more than the Pacesetters.

Welded if you are not much of a race tuner and slip on if you are looking for the most power to be found.

I have the welded collector Edelbrock LT headers. Great headers with a great fit.

I went with the slipon merge collectors, and they do not leak.

Who sells Edelbrock headers from our sponser list?

Any big advantage going with the edelbrock headers insteasof the pacesetter headers?

I am a dealer for Edelbrock. PM me which style you want and I'll take care of you. Here is a link to Edelbrock's website with the info on them:

You would need 65653. Those are for 98-99, and come with block off plates for the EGR and AIR.

Then you have to buy the slip on collector headers. It is either welded version with EGR/AIR that can be blocked off with Edelbrock's plates, or the slipon version where the tubes are not on the headers at all.

They come with block off plates to block it off...If you dont want block off plates, order the slip ons and weld the collector. Eventually they will leak if not.
