How was the room over the axle? Would there be room for 2, 3" pipes?

i have seen a lot of pics w/ the pipes compared w/ coke cans on the ground to show clearance, that was my main reason for starting this post, i cant find those pics w/ search and i am curious as to how much those cars are lowered and what exhaust they have

i need this to show my dad to convince him to help me out here on the exhaust and lowering mods

If you look in my thread linked to in my sig, it has pictures with teh coke can on the 2nd or 3rd page.

My car is lowered about 1" in the rear, so keep that in mind. I scrape on a few things every now and then, but its not like the system is made out of solid gold or anything

How the hell do you guys plan on getting your exhaust system off if need be? Cut it and re-weld it?
