Default LS6 intake + what affordable throttle body nets the best results?

The last part I really need is a throttle body and I'm looking for which affordable or stock one works best with the LS6 intake? If one happens to net more HP then torque I'd rather have that one.

with an ls6 intake the ONLY tb you want is a stock ported tb, there is no use getting a bigger one since the whole on the ls6 intake is the same size as the stock blade. there are tons of people that will port it for you

TPIS makes two larger TBs that fit the LS6 intake, one 90mm one oval (75mmx90mm). But that throws out the "affordability" factor.

You're not looking for an LS6 TB (no such thing that I'm aware of). Here is a link to a sponsor who sells ported LS1 TBs: http://thunderracing.com/catalog/?ac...vid=3&pcid=180

You can also find a few in the For Sale section.

yeah it costs less to buy a nice dremel tool and some nice bits, and some sandpaper then to pay someone to do it.
