Default Which Spark Plugs

ok im getting ready to install my new long tube headers and was just goin to change plugs when i was under their ..my mods are in my sig what would be a good plug to go with guys thanks for ya time

also i heard the tr55s witha 0.5 gap is good plugs would a local shop carry them like advance our autozone thats really the only two shops close to me

ac delco live and die by the ones that came stock in your car.

Ford = Motorcraft
Dodge = Mopar
GM = AC Delco
