Power Difference Between Borla And Ture Duals
On A 346 With 5.3l Prc Heads And A Ms3 Cam Is There Gonna Be Any Power Difference Between
1: A Jethot Y-pipe And Borla Catback With "cutout" Open
2: Tsp Rumbler X-pipe With Dumps
3: True Duals Out The Back (like A Bassani Dual System)
As Of Now I Have The Borla And Run It Wide Open I Was Just Owndering If Im Leaving Anything On The Table By Now Changeing My Exhaust

I don't have dyno slips to back me up, but in the couple of years I've been posting here you won't have too much of a difference if any at all. The main change will be sound quality.
The cutout may gain a lil' (5hp) up top, but the powerband will also peak higher. The true duals if under the axle are best, the over axle kinds aren't much better than the standard single large I pipe.
Plus if you get 3" duals you will lose power under the curve compared to 2.5" systems with very little change up top. It takes some serious power to need 3". (turbo/supercharger)
That's how I take the picture. -Joshua
