For stainless, go with either Kooks or QTPs (these are the high dollar headers
For coated, pacesetters are a popular header (lots cheaper than stainless can be had for about $500 with off road Y)

I went with QTP, but as far as bang for the buck goes, Pacesetters seem to be the favorite around here.

Pacesetters here, I never had an issue, they look good, cheap, and offer great gains.

I'm about to buy a set of the Edelbrocks. I was sold when i saw a buddy of mine's when he got them last week. Around $500 for headers and ypipe. Very clean setup... nice quality. Still fairly new, but getting good reports so far...

Best headers for the lowest price are Edelbrock long tubes. No question in my mind.

Get up near 1k and choices get harder to make. For less than 500 though this one is a slam dunk.

How many people recommending pacesetters or jet-hots have installed and/or used Ederlbrock headers as well? I have experience with all three and the Edelbrocks have worked better and shown consistently higher quality everytime thus far.

Are the Edlebrocks the Victor series? Any issues with the A/C location?

When I was looking for headers the Edelbrocks were pretty new, and not alot of info was available, so I chose to go with a proven set of headers, I'm not saying the Edelbrocks were/are bad headers (I've used Edelbrock products in the past and have always had good results).
I may change headers in the future, and since I've seen more reviews on them, I'd at least consider them.
One thing I didn't/don't care for is having to put the o2 fitting on (only on the slip on collectors) what's up with that?

The slip on collector header is intended for "race" purposes. Edelbrock considered that there would probably be alot of non-stock parts on a vehicle at that point and left it up to the consumer to place it where they need it instead of where Edelbrock thinks they'd want it.

The Edelbrock headers also came with: Hardware,O2 extensions, and Gaskets. How many other headers at this price point include O2 extensions?
