Cutting Cats off
Hey guys I want to cut the catalytic converters off of my stock exhaust, but before I have it done I was wandering if I will run into any promblems. I was told that the check engine light will come and thats all. I have also been told that the car might run "stupid" because of the o2 sensors. Any help with this would be appreciated.

okeydokey...yes, it will sound meaner and much louder and all around better even without headers.....if u have no restrictions in your area [ or don't care anyway ] it is one of THE BEST MODS, along with a cutout to be done for little money or none if u do it yourself....you will like it..I did that mod a short time after I got my car... [ just put pipe in the place of catty's ]

yeah I am in the army stationed in Kitzingen, Germany. But Oklahoma is home sweet home. When I am home I head up to 39th every weekend. Everybody loves 39th cause you can drive 5 minutes and be out of town and let the racin begin. I have video of us standing next to the road watching race after race after race. Just like if we were at the drag strip. Cars rollin slicks, open headers, you name it.

I like how mine sounds with !cats and the cutout open. It sounds a little throatier with the cutout closed too. Not loud, but louder than stock. Where in Iraq were you? I was at LSA Anaconda from 06-'04 to 10-'04 uparmoring FMTV's. Iraq is a piece of

Good day to get back safely...XMAS DAY....a Gunner huh...did you see alot of action/fighting ?? Glad you are safe. Canada was not too keen on going to IRAQ as you already know probably, but we have been in AFGHANISTAN since the beginning, and even more so now..actually in the next month the Canadian Forces will be in charge of all the Coalition Forces there..including all the American troops..and the British ones, [ basically no-one else is left there ]..alot of the people on the board and elsewhere think Canada has stayed completely clear throughout all this **** since 9/11. IMO The U.S. media does a poor job on reporting on this. The BBC, CBC, AUSSIE News reports much more in depth about what is going on. WHATTA YOU THINK.??

Yeah I definately saw my fare share of the action while I was over there. Yeah the media is like that they only want to show or talk about certain things going on over there. And half the time all you see is all of the bad **** that goes on over there. Why cant they ever talk about the good things that we do over there like helping kids and families get back on there feet and start living a normal life.
