Mine are painted but why would you like a picture of it? They look like any other header out there.

Maybe he is thinking that someone painted them to match the car.

Which wouldn't last long if the car is ever ran and allowed to warm up.

Does the paint look like crap or burn off quickly? I was thinking maybe a gloss black would look cool, but I guess the heat would dull them anyway?

If you use high temp paint it will last but if you try to use any color other than black or silver, it will burn quickly. I always just use wal-mart 1500° high temp silver and mine look like new after 4 years. I tried a different brand on my wife's and it burnt off after 10 minutes.

I just painted a used set of pacesetters. They weren't coated to begin with. But I just painted them cause they looked pretty nasty. Im curious to see how long the paint will last on them after the install. I used some 1500 degree paint from Kragen.

My 1st set of MACs I used cheap 1200° walmart rattle can paint and it has lasted over 4 years without one single issue. I just painted a set for my wifes with "higher" quality 1500° ceramic paint and it flaked off in about 10 minutes.
