Default Question - What is this part?

Hi guys,
I have a pullout from a 2002 Camaro (LS1/4L60E) and I have a question about a part located on the driver side of the intake. If you look at the fuel rail from the driver side, we have the connection for the fuel line. To the left of the fuel line, towards the front of the car, we have the EVAP purge solenoid.

Now, to the right of the fuel line connection, towards the firewall, there is another vacuum-valve of some sort. It is attached to the intake manifold with a similar bracket as the EVAP solenoid. It has an electric connector with PNK/BLK and ORN wires, and what appears to be two vacuum connections.

I do not have this valve on my 99 M6 Firebird.

Does anyone know what this valve is for?

Thanks
