I'd have to say you have other problems besides cooling capacity if you're still a 346" car. People sometimes upgrade to the LT1 radiator (a bit thicker I think), and people also put on an electric water pump with lower thermostat (have you tried a new thermostat in your stocker?). People run 400+" motors making 550rwhp on the stock cooling system all the time.

These cars have a whiney cooling system that requires you to stand beside the radiator with a water hose while it's running and trickle water in for 30 damn minutes untill it won't hold any more. You'll swear up and down it has a leak because it feels like you've put in 30 gallons.

Do you road race or something like that?

Have you reset your fan on/off temps? thats the easiest step/first thing to do. I can sit anywhere and never see over 195-200

If you havent cleaned your radiator fins out lately you might want to take a look. I pulled my AC condensor out and there was all kinds of goodies between them. Mostly dirt and tiny rocks.

I found a childrens-size sock in mine when I bought the car along with about 14lbs of hay-like grass.
