Default Just got back from the dyno w/ bolt-ons. w/ Dynograph

365rwhp. Not bad for bolt-ons. I will have sheets and vids later that I will add to my sig.

LTs, ORY, Ported TB, Lid, and magnaflow exhaust. I have a 160* stat but I don't think those add any hp.

I also found out that my 2000 car has the 241 cast heads that came on the 01-02 cars.

Now time for an LS6 intake and udp and get a little closer to 400rwhp.

Justin, those seem to be pretty good numbers for what you have done. I am not trying to start a war but my only gripe is the fact that you have nothing to compare it to. For all you/we know your car stock on the same dyno could have dynoed at 340 RWHP. Then your 365 would look a bit diffeent to us. I think the general opinion around these cars is that they typically dyno around 300 rwhp in stock trim. If that is the case and someone looked at your dyno numbers with bolt ons it would show a gain of 65 rwhp which I think is a bit unrealistic for your mods. This is the sole reason as to why we have "corrected numbers". This gives everyone who uses a dyno, no matter the brand, the ability to compare numbers no matter if they dyoned in Texas on a 100 degree day with 90% humidity or if they dynoed in Mass. on a 25 degree day with 0% humidity. In my personal opinion a dyno is only good for documenting changes from mod-to-mod. By all means I am not trying to knock down your numbers I am just trying to interpret them with a so called "grain of salt". I am sure the car runs great for its mods but, like people's ages, its only a number...

Be careful not to be to lean while on the dyno. You will lean more on the street. You look to be at 13.2 or 13.3 to 1 so you will probably be 13.5 or 13.6 to 1 on your street driving A/F ratio. See if you can get your local guy to bring it back a little for safety. JMO

Yeah he plugged his laptop up to the car and got all the info he needed.

I don't go WOT that much so I'm fine for now. We are gonna go riding sometime this week for fine tuning.

Question

That green line is spiking all over the place at the end of the 365 run, and spikes like that aren't the true numbers.

It looks like your numbers are closer to 351rwhp not 365rwhp.

Also the graph needs to be smoother, not set at 0.

Yeah. I was hoping for 330rwhp. I was surprised by the 343 pull. I was just mentioning the 365 because I am just astounded that it even got that high.

351rwhp is perfectly fine with me as well.

Also, I don't think the engine has been touched. I put the LTs on it and I could tell the heads have never been pulled off.

I really wanted a dyno run with just the lid and magnaflow catback which is what the car had when I bought it. But I got royally trashed by a c5 z06 and the speed bug got me.
