Default Fuel line question (lines to/from fuel rail)

Im having braided fuel lines made for my car and the supply side was no problem (had fitting custom welded).. but the return line is a pain since it is all plasic..

1. can anyone confirm that this just returns vapor and not unused fuel??

2. anyone make a metal replacement for the plastic ends? (black plastic squeeze disconnect)

Thanks for your help <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

its not a return line at all, its the EVAP purge vent tube.

just get them bronzed then chromed.. you seem to have the cheddar. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
