Coils bolt on to the motor two ways, which one is front coil??
I completely removed both sides coils from the car and when i go to put them back on, I can flip the whole thing over and it bolts on just the same, so i cant tell which coil goes to the front on each side. The motor is fresh brand new so i dont want to just try and start it and hope its right.

Actually it goes either way and still has it "going next to the plug.
Any way of telling which end of the harness goes to the front, they are so flimsy you can tell if you have it backwards.

On mine the coil packs look interchangable. Both have the same part number, both have 1 coil marked as 1/8 on the aluminum coated cable underneath one of the end coils.

it doesnt matter. they can go in either side, just make sure the plug is inserted the correct way.

Thanks for the replies guys.
They can bolt on either side yes.
but you can also put the rear coil toward the front and the front toward the rear, which would screw up the firing order.
