You could contact Burns Stainless and let them run your setup through their X-Program and see what would benefit you most. Merge collectors need to be matched to the combination, not just blindly added.
Have you bought your headers yet?
If not I would give Kooks a call, they have what I consider to be the best collector. Also consider that the dynatech merge collectors are 600 bucks.

Do a search on yahoo for S&S headers or PM JohnB I think is his name. I just got a set of merge collectors from them for like $75 each. Call and tell them your setup and they'll set you up right.

Re: merge collector to use with dynatechs?
If you use "Ultra copper", ALL over the place, inside the collector where it slips on, and on the primaries, you will not have as big of a leakage problem. Make sure that you bolt them on, top and bottom.
Dynatech also has some type of boiler cement that they used with some applications. Ask them and see what they have.
If I was going to do this all over again, it would be a Dynatech/merge setup <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />
