PLEASE HELP!! Shifting problems!!!
I have an 02 Firehawk with 12,000 miles, and most boltons headers, mass air, etc... When i shift into 5th it makes a loud grinding noise. and sometimes when i take it out of 5th the shifter locks between 5th and 6th and wont move at all!! And 6th gear it might go into 6th once every twenty tries.. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

take her to the dealer man! sounds like you have a bad syncro. if you don't do something quick she may lock and leave you stranded.

Re: PLEASE HELP!! Shifting problems!!!
If you have an aftermarket shifter, better throw the stock one back on before you take it in. If not, they may not back the warranty. I couldn't get them to replace the leaking output-shaft seal because I had a B&M on it when I took it in. F'ing dealers!

good call MOBE! I forgot to mention that. And the only thing worse that your ride being broke is your having to foot the bill....
