Default rev limiter on 05 vette?

i know the stock tach can be kind of slow but it seems to be right about 6500? is it really that low?

Not sure on the 05, it should be somewhere around there, I had my TA set to 6500 too, surprised I didn't bend a pushrod. =)

My stock LS1 seems to be around 6200RPM. I'd imagine the LS2 might be a tad bit higher, so 6500 doesn't seem too far off.

t.t.t. i thought people were shifting these puppies at 6500. if the limiter is at 6500 then they should be shifting around 6100-6200.
