you will practically see no difference... it's not worth it, specially since you have bullet mufflers

i just figured like after i get my MS4 installed since they run so good with no back pressure it would help but i guess il just keep my true duals but ill make them to where i can slip them on and off. so when im at the track i can do this

I put some in my setup. Just for versatility. It turns out that I have never opened them anyway.

Here is a real worl experience that I can vouch for.

Car - 2001 WS6

Mods - AFR 205, 245/249 111 LSA cam, Pulley, Lid, TSP Rumbler X duals with dual cutouts

Car dynoed at 458rwhp through the duals. Car lost 4hp and 5tq with cutouts open.

Now before all the experts start asking if it was tuned for the cutouts being open the answer is no. But, I think that even if it could be retuned you would be hard pressed to get back all of the lost hp and tq. Even if you could get it back I think its pretty obvious by the loss that there would not be a significant advantage with cutouts open other than scaring the hell out of Mustangs.

worthless. chances are you're already loud, so making more noise isn't a reason to get one. your TD's likely flow better than the engine needs, so putting cutouts before the mufflers will probably hurt your performance. you won't likely gain any horsepower up top but you'll lose some bottom end. IMO it's like putting an alarm system in your home but never locking the door. it makes no sense.

nobody belives you when you tell them that true duals with an x pipe gives more hp and torque than open headers... N/A motors NEED backpressure
