How many of you guys DD with true duals?
I have pacesetter LT's and TSP TD's in mind that I want to get installed pretty quick, but I was wondering if its really practical since this is my DD. I was wondering how they are in the rain and what not, I wouldnt want them to rust on me or anything. So how many of you guys DD with them, and how have they held up?
Thanks
Thanks

ive had my tsp setup on my car since i think march. they work fine and still look decent. if ur worried about looks, u could paint them with hi temp bbq paint. clearance is about as good as the y pipe setup b4. they are loud. im lookin into runnin them out the back under the axle.

I do. They hang a little low and scrape on the occasional speed bump, but other than that I love them. I mean, yeah they are loud, but they really aren't all that bad inside the car. Outside of the car is a different story though... Driving past someone at red-line is sure to bust an ear-drum or two.
Mine are dumped, by the way.

Yeah, I'm not concerned with the sound I want them to be LOUD. Just what to make sure they will hold up to beatings of daily driving. So you guys just painted them with high temp paint?

I cant wait to get mine. I am pretty sure you dont have to worry to much about rust comming from the outside as long as you dont drive in a lot of salt. From my understanding the rust you have to worry about comes from very short trip driving when you dont allow the exhuast to heat up enough. Then the rust comes from the inside. I used to have a lowered ford contour that was a blast to play with (dumbest money i ever spent in my life) It had about 4 inches of ground clearence i did not have any issues with rust however do pay attention to speed bumps and pot holes.

My buddy has LT Headers, ORY and TD's on his Formula...it sounds amazing and he DD's it. Its very tolerable. Its probably around the same loudness as mine ( Y pipe, dumped) but Ill admit his is much cleaner and deeper sounding.
