what rwhp difference between dual exhaust setup & dual cut outs on the y pipe?

Default what rwhp difference between dual exhaust setup & dual cut outs on the y pipe?

Has anyone dynoed these side by side before? I'd much rather have the cut outs to keep all legal but wanted to hear if anyone had any good info on the two.

why do yuo say cut outs are legal? Are you saying duals aren't? MOST plays specially say in the emission laws that cutouts are illegal. Duals with cats should be fine. Nobody probably has done testing becasue your really splitting hairs when it comes to that.

The biggest issue you have is to get a well designed Y-Pipe that has a proper merge collector.
