Default Exhausting Question

I'm about to get the dyna tech headers and plan to run a true dual system. I have heard lots about x-pipes and h-pipes. But from what I have heard they only improve low and mid range torque and hinder top end flow. I want to get the best #'s I can out of the exhaust so what should I do? I currently run a 3200 pi so does the "low and mid range matter? Should I run H,X, or simply two straight pipes? Oh yeah, should I get the 3" collectors or the 3.5" collectors?

Thanks,

Marty, I think you should do a check on my post about "The truth about open headers". There's alot of info floating around in there. Listen to what ChrisB said, I think he'll help you the most. He seems to be able to back up what he says with a reference source and more knowledge in general! No flames intended to anyone else who replied in that topic, you know your **** when it comes to other things...it's chris's 15 minutes now!

I'd try an X-pipe it will quiet down the setup and help midrange torque.
