Default Help me spend $4000.00!!!!!

Ok, here is the deal, I have 4k to spend on the car. See Sig for mods I presently have and tell me what you think would be best bang for buck mods to add for that amount of dollars. I have just recently put a used 4l60e with a shift kit in. There may be a few hundred more to spend but i would like to stay as close as possible to the 4k. By the way car and motor have 93k and alot of runs but its my daily driver too. Thanks for the help and suggestions in advance. Of course if any sponsers want to chime in with deals they are running would be welcome too!

Where do you want to improve the car?

Handling 1/4 time braking looks etc.

If you plan on keeping the car I would go with a 12 bolt and heads and cam if you think that your tranny can hold the power. You already have some of the supporting mods for cam and heads and on the nitrous with cam, heads the car would be nasty.

Forged 346, cam, tune. This comes out to about $4k.

400rwhp motor, then you can put some large jets in.

Mainly wanting to get into 10's if possible. I guess i might have been a bit vague in this. I would like to get close to 400rwhp on motor alone but also need to make sure the drive-line can handle it. A 12bolt is definately in my want list and possible Heads and Cam. (that may kill the whole 4k). I would probably stay with no more than 125 shot for the N20. i am really just wanting any and all kinds of input!

If I had that kind of money I'd do two items, First True Duals like the Bassani True Dual Kit, then a FAST 90/90 setup. That's almost 3 grand right there. Don't forget about a ported throttle body and ASP pulley to complete all the boltons, another easy 15-20 rwhp. Relocation brackets will help your launch performance. This would be the way to go for the most complete boltons.

or

Look into a good heads/cam combination. Something like AFR heads and a 224 cam will be mild enough for every day driver but still offer up over 400 rwhp N/A. This would be the way to go for the most hp. The price would include installation all the associated components and a tune.

Took the words right outta my mouth. Might be able to swing a 383, 370 or even 408 and just worry about the heads later.

This is my main concern. I know I can throw more power to the thing but I believe I need to make it be able to stand it. I am not totally answering my own question here but those two things were my first thought that came to mind. I was just wanting more input before I did anything. I really appreciate all the responses. And please if there more I want to hear them.
