Default ls6 intake ?'s

hey guys i have a stock 00 ss, i want to buy the ls6 inatake! do i have to change anything or buy anything else to put it on? or does all my exsisting stuff bolt right on? thanks! -blake

youre either gonna ahve to grind the bottom of the ls6 intake to sue your ls1 coolant tubes or buy the ls6 ones and plugs

just get the LS6 coolant lines, and then bolt it up, I wouldnt mess with grinding anything

I used a die grinder w/ a rotary rasp bit. I grinded all the tabs off, had no problems doing it. Kinda hard to mess up IMO as long as you got a steady hand. If you plan on selling the thing someday then, get the tubes and use those. Also, if re-using stock gaskets, make sure they arent as flat as the intake or flush with it!!
