define "bolt ons" do you consider heads cams and turbos bolt ons? They all do "bolt-on" so with your wording yes... but realisticly using the word far from possible. usually with the noraml "bolt ons" headers/lid/catback/cai/intake/tune little things like that people see around 360rwhp tops

just use the tornado.. and a throttle body spacer... electric super charger.. electric turbo charger... 20 NOS, NOPI, TEIN, TENZO-R stickers on the side of you car.. yellow brake calipers, a Carbon Fiber GT wing, Some neons under the car, a big 5" tach, a chrome fire extinguisher, bolt on wheel spinners, and a 5" muffler tip.. oh and some NOS octane booster.. that should get you there..
