I just did a google search for "automotive machine shop Youngstown" and came up with a bunch. I can't recommend anyone but there appears to be plenty of choices.

talked to a machine shop i used before for my head work. $301.00 plus parts and $136.00 if block needs resurfaced. i asked bout new freeze plugs, bored .030 over,honed,cleaned,2bolt studed main. i have no clue but sounds pretty cheap to me.. he is also 15mins away.
