Question Weird noise?

I don't know how to explain it but I just noticed it today. It only makes it in the higher rpms say 4500+ its somewhat high pitched, and its definitely coming from the engine area. No ses light and the cars making great power. Doesn't sound like an exhaust leak either.

Any thoughts or things I should check. I'm waiting for it to cool off right now.

I want to say it sounds like a fast high pitched clicking or ticking. But not close to an exhaust leak.

Not sure havent had a chance to look at it yet. I'm gonna have to drive somewhere because I don't want to rev it that high in my neighborhood.

I've heard lifters before and it doesn't seem like it. It's more like a squeel/tick.
