Guys With A Muffler on I-pipe
Who all is running a muffler on there i pipe and dumped it under the axle?
If you did what does it sound like, and what muffler are you using?
I am thinking of doing this on my Camaro and getting rid of the Borla Catback.
I have been thinking of using either a 1 chamber flowmaster, or a hooker aerochamber.
What do you guys think?
Good idea or Bad idea?

One of the earliest iterations of my exhaust was a cutout with a 4" diameter Dynomax bullet right before it. It was one of the best sounds I had come across...with headers and a catted-y pipe, it was very nice. The cutout hung too low, so I ditched the entire setup.

Steve sent you a pm buddy!
I decided to go ahead and try it...i ordered a qtp electric cutout,a 3.5 I-pipe , and a 3.5 inch 1 chamber flowmaster muffler that will be dumped right under the rear end.
The cutout is right where the y-pipe merges together.
