Damn SLP headers...
A couple weeks ago I deleted my cats, I installed a couple section of 3" pipe I bought from a local exh shop.
I went to reinstall the Y pipe and this is the SECOND time that damn thing didn't want to line back up!
So Long story short, my Y pipe is smashed all to hell because of hammering the hell out of it.
I was going to get a different Y, but I really don't think anything will match up to the SLP LT's. TSP has Pacesetter LT's for $379, and the Dual X dumped for $450, or their own TSP ORY for $400.
Every damn time I take that Y off I have problems with it.. .. I'm DONE w/ SLP. Except the DD SFC's, Thinking of ditching my Tubulars... anyway..

I see your issue with the Y-pipe, but are you also un happy with the peformance of them that would make you want to get rid of them to aquire a different set? Rather then just make a custom Y?

The performance isn't that great.. Compared to other brands, but I still dyno'd about average for the mods I had at the time. 336RWHP/346RWTQ Dyno Tuned LS1 Edit by East Side Performance W/ LT's Catted Y, Borla CB No Plate, P+P'd SLP TB, SLP Lid and K&N filter, w/ free mods.
I have added a handful of new mods now, so I should be at or slightly above 400 FWHP 410 FWTQ.
