Default qtp electric cutout issues need help asap

I am going to the track on Thursday so I need some help quick. I was at a friends showing him my qtp y with dual cutouts and I opened the exhaust and then closed and he told me to open it when I left so I went to open and nothing would happen the cutouts didn't open. So when I got home I checked and the passenger side cutout I can reach in and open and close the butterfly by hand and the drivers side I can hear the motor but nothing happens. I had timed how long to open and close the cutouts and then tried to count that out when I would open and close them. So has anybody had any trouble like this and is there anything to do to fix it. Is there a cable acutuated cutout that I could use or go to a manual setup to remove them or just buck up and buy new cutouts.

The same thing happened to mine last year. One just wouldn't work. I tried taking it apart to see if I could do an easy fix but I think the motor was shot so they had to go back to QTP for repair. Sucks but that's the way it goes. If mine die again I may try another brand.
If you do send them back to QTP and don't want to drive around with open duals for a couple weeks be sure to get plates to block the holes off. Mine took more than 3 weeks and I had to call 3 times to get any info. This is after they told me it would be a week turnaround.

+1 on the DMH. Can't argue with a 4 year warranty.
