Default Plugging off Fresh Air Hose...

I've read a few threads with this term thrown around.

Is everyone referring to the hose that runs between the PS valve cover, and the passenger side of the throttle body?

I've got a catch can, so no oil is going into the port on the side of the intake, but I took my throttle body off to clean it tonight, and noticed that where that particular port comes in, there was a light coat of oil, as well as on the back side of the blade...

I was considering just blocking off the two ports on either end of that hose when I go to the track, and leaving the rest of the PCV alone. That should be good right? I just don't want to get a fine mist of oil coming into the engine at WOT, considering that oil's octane is lower than gas.

Am I thinking of the right hose, and what do you guys think?

even with a catchcan you're not going to cure 100% of the oil getting in there, its a mist basically, so you're going to have some get through, but far less than before...
