Default Borla exhaust baffels

i have the borla adjustable catback on my 2000 T/A. When i bought it, there was a baffle on the passenger side.. how does it come out?

i bought my car with the borla but I checked and sure enough it came with the plate open!!!



im not sure what the small plates look like, but im sure you can either buy a 3" gasket at pepboys or something and use that.... or just modify the one you have to make it match the pipe size

as far as coming out.... you unbolt the passenger side tip... it unbolts back by the muffler

If I am understanding you correctly, it sounds like you want to remove the plate that's in there. If so, you should notice three bolts at a flange about 2.5 up the system from the passengers side tip. If you unbolt those bolts, split the flanges, the plate should fall right out. If it doesn't, it could be the previous owner siliconed the plate in there in which case a flat screw driver will come in handy in prying it off. If that doesn't work, I don't know what you have going on in there. If there is an electric wire coming out of the flange it could be you have an electric cutout.
