Throttle Body Differences from Year to Year?

Early years (F-body) and trucks have a smaller throttle cable
pulley. Putting a late years one on an early car will make the
blade not open fully. I think it's '98-'00 and '01-'02 but not
100% sure about where '00 falls. Also the coolant fittings are
at different angles, and truck TBs have a different PCV bung
though this can be pulled & swapped easily.

The cam & shaft swap clean, I put my stocker into the truck TB
core I ported. You just need to pop it out with a brass drift or
something, so as not to mushroom the shaft end.
