Default What would be good for me?

First off let me say I am quite new to the whole exhaust information. I would like some recommendations on a setup. I have a 02 ws6 and it has been lowered, it is about 4 inches from the ground and is mostly stock. I live in Texas which has emissions and all that.
It has a cutout, flowmaster muffers and echo tips which all came with the car so don't bash me lol. I am limited on money so I want to know what would be good for my situation. I read the faq and I guess it would be wise to do an y pipe/x pipe and headers at the same time to get the fitment right. So lemme know what you think.
