Question Diferent Drive by wire pedals (???)

I just bought a LQ9 with everything but the gas pedal and the fuse box.
I want to know if any 3rd gen drive by wire gas padal would fit my engine.

Thanks.

Default Answer to your Drive by wire question?

I'm in kind of a similar situation, I've got an LQ9 DBW throttle body, harness, TAC module but no pedal. So the salvage yard sent another pedal and TAC module, but it looks like the pedal is different.
What I've found is that there are several pedals and the harness between pedal and TAC modules are different too. I've also heard TAC modules are specific for the pedal.
What I've found out so far:
-2000-2003 Truck 9 wire hookup
-2006-2007 Truck 6 wire hookup
-Vette 6 wire hookup, different from truck
What I dont know is if any correct pedal/TAC module combo will work on all years DBW harness and computer. Can you help out with that?
Thanks,
Gary
