160 thermostat temp.? I HAVE HAD IT FOR A WHILE, BUT JUST NOTICED SOMETHING. MY CARS TEMP IS ALWAYS AROUND 210 OR SO. I HAVE THE 160 THERM. AND MANUAL FAN SWITCH. IS THIS RIGHT?

Re: 160 thermostat temp.? Your temp guage is always gonna show around 210*. Its, for lack of a better term, a dummy guage. My after market water temp guage differs over the stock unit by about 20 to 30 degrees.

Re: 160 thermostat temp.? I noticed the same thing. I have 160o stat, Hpp3 and water wetter (REDLINE) and still the minimum temp is 210.
Does GM think we are all really idiots? We should have phased out GM engeneers and not the Camaro.

Re: 160 thermostat temp.? Autometer makes good guages. I have the Sport-Comp model. Find one you like the look of, then come find me.
