Default Stainless Steel weld


How do you produce this kinds of welds.I have 304SS tubing.We want this look on our exhaust tubing.I know its tig welded, what filler rod is used.I had some exhaust welded and its not even close to the way this looks.

What welder are you using?

The DX version of those help produce prettier welds because of all the control you have over everything.

miller tig welder. no filler rod. you just get the pipes to butt against each other and melt them together.

thats all from peices of pipe i ordered. didnt start with any y pipe. myself and a good buddy of mine did the work. he did the welding as im not so good at it.
