Default < 6500rpm FAST90 vs. LS6??

Was gonna go LS6 IM but came across a used FAST 90/90. I am a 98 stock rod bolt motor so I chose a cam that should carry to 6500 but no more. How much will the FAST pick up in this scenario? I know the FAST really shines 6300 and up. Mods are below and H/C are PRC 5.3 stage 2.5's with a low 230's cam on a 111+2.

After looking around some more I think you are about right. Around 20 on a mild H/C setup like mine is what I am expecting. Porting should put it closer to 25-30 if I can get the car off the road to do it.

what HP goals do you have? If you want anything above 450rwhp, you have to go FAST 90/90.

Check out the other thread in this section....it indicates that the 92mm FAST intake outperforms the LS6 intake from 3,700 rpm and above. Nice to actually see some dyno numbers to back up some of the claims.

I should be able to tell you what my FAST combo nets in the next couple of days.
