where to get exhaust hangers?
i think i figured out how to reduce the Y pipe from hitting every piece of suspension on my car im going to attached it to the body! duh. i have a hose clamp holding it ONTO the DSL right now...but i cant get it tight enough and it still rattles. so im going to try using real hangers and see if that helps. only, where can i get these things? local parts store doesnt have them. and is there a way to attach a hanger to an exhaust pipe without welding a piece of metal for the hanger to attach to?

Thought that was the one with the hook on the end that you could clamp on ... I know I saw one like that around somewhere, I'll keep looking for it.

Just clamp it to the pipe by running a clamp around the pipe and over the curved end of the hanger. You could probably bend it a little more with a pair of pliers to give it even more of a "u" shape.
