Default What would give the most speed/hp?

I have a flowmaster catback with dual exhaust pipes. I put in a 3 inch cutout and then got headers and a y pipe. My questions is which provides more HP/Speed? Would it be an open ORY or closed ORY with open cutout or closed everything?

mine felt the same when I ran an open Y pipe compared to my borla with no plate, which is basically a cutout. I perferred the sound of the open Y but local cops wern't a fan of it so I put the borla back on

You will get more horsepower with an open exhaust, but you may have a feel of dropping in quickness.

When I went open headers for a bit it did seem to loose acceleration, then I put the open y on and it seemed to gain some acceleration.
