Default Need Imediate Help

I just installed my QTP LT's everything is on the car and working great with the exception of the lower intermediate steering shaft. It it hitting the outter most tube on the drivers side header. What can I do here? Does anyone make a longer piece that will fit this car? It seems to me the section after the U-joint where the shaft connects to the rack is the part thats too short. If i could find a way to extend this about 1 to 1-1/4 inch it would work.

Theres nothing to grind. the part thats touching the headers is hollow tubing. Also attempted the hammer method the parts simple too short.

Problem is fixed. just bent the header tube out of the way. Only needed about a 1/4 of an inch.
